Scissors for maintaining carpets?

I have a Berber carpet in my family room that is beginning to show wear in the shape of loops being pulled up and broken. I recall a pair of scissors the carpet installer had that the blades horizontal to the carpet allowing one to snip the pulls and loops close to the weave. Anyone have an idea where I can get a pair of these?
