Beautiful knife. I like that 1095 was used for the blade. What is the sunken joint feature? My Google search wasn't helpful.

a "sunk" or "sunken" joint, refers to the bottom corner of the blade at the tang being below(sunk) the level of the handles when the blade is closed.
this prevents it from catching on clothing, like the lining of your pocket, etc.
