I don’t think this one was ever used, it’s been a wall hanger for decades. The edge is perfect and sharp. This slight discoloration of the metal is from decades of just hanging. Nothing that won’t come right off with an Emory cloth. I like the aged looked and leave it to the new owner to decide. This axe company goes back way over 100 years. This axe is for sure at least 60, I can vouch for that. Very nice condition, handle is straight as an arrow, and hung solid and straight. The grain in as good as it gets for an axe handle. This is a really nice axe that screams quality, a solid tool and one to be passed on to the next generation. $200 shipped F&F or i$210 G&S More pics, different angles , whatever, just ask me. Handle to bottom of head is 31”, the edge is 7” SOLD
