I found another reason to love my small Sbenza yesterday.
I was having a couple of apples for lunch (to go with all the bread, butter and meat ) and I allways eat apples by cutting them into quaters and then taking the core out.
Usually "thick" knives tend to split rather than cut apples but the sebbie managed it almost like a fillet knife, go figure??
