I recently purchased a sword cane which I'm interested to learn more about.
Link here: Old sword cane - not sure of origin? My assumption is it is Indian or Pakistani made and 1950s or newer, as the blade appears to be stainless and the mechanism is fairly crude (as in just a strong pull!).
However the three crownlike stamps on the ring, and the "aged" looking tip make me wonder if it is indeed old (say early 1900s) with a replaced blade.
Any ideas?
