I need some info on T9MOV, such as what it's made of. All I've been able to find so far is that it's French made and similar to 440C, with Vanadium added. It'd make the Skeletons we got easier to sell if I knew! As an aside, two of the Skeletons we had had liners that didn't lock. They were RTV'd and will be replaced. Something I thought you'se guys should know, though.

Dear Haji,

Thanks for your note. Yes, a few of the first Skeleton knives slipped past (pardon the pun) our QC on the liner as they still had the teflon coating on the part that the liner contacts, making for easy slippage - so to speak. This problem has been addressed and all product now has bare metal to metal contact on the liner section.

On the metal itself, the description you have is correct and I have no other information that would aid in sales. Basically the added edge retention the Vanadium gives the steel is the most important sales point.

If I can be of further assistance please feel free to e-mail me at:

Thanks for the help, and the explaination! I'll pass it on to the sales staff.
