So where does one order it? Howe's is already out of stock... And is it CTS-XHP or 154 CM?

It is in fact cts-xhp. I haven't heard of any other dealers receiving a shipment besides Howes, and I think they're all the collectors edition
 
They do happen to be in stock at a certain place that works with knives :). I just ordered another one... just in case Jim can't get me one this week.
 
Wait, how thick is the blade? Spydercollector's YouTube video says 5mm... ,!!!
That's nearly 1/5 of an inch!!! Gulp....
