Butcher paper is a handy sonofabench for all kinds of stuff, I go through one of those giant rolls every year or so in the shop.

The Drop and the Clip will use this same sheath template, the wharncliffe might be tricky.

A good cardboard welt goes a long way. A coat of Crisco and they'll be ready to go.
