I finally went over to the dark side and bought a Chinese flipper knife. I decided if I was going to do that, I was going to go full-in, and get a Chinese brand (no OEM for some western brand), directly from a Chinese manufacturer’s website. I chose something with silly fantasy/sci-fi styling, and no real practical utility (beyond what any other ordinary pocket knife would have). I was also interested in trying out something in D2.

It’s a little heavier than I would prefer, but the quality seems good. I’m not sure how I feel about being a middle-aged suburban mall-ninja, but for $33 shipped, it’s a more reasonable purchase than, say, a Dodge Charger or something, and to be fair, my Okapi EDC is already kinda silly…
