Very cool little snips.
Klein tools still offers a pair just like these ( probanly thr same ) and I think they're around $10, I have some other Klein scissors and they are great.

No texture. They are very comfortable to hold and give a precision feel due to the spring. It’s firm, but I can imagine all day use.
