That won't happen with the OH GAK because it is a contract item with the German Army. I have asked my Vic rep repeatedly to try and influence the company to PE the OH Trekker at least but, I doubt it will happen in any near future at least. I do have to say that of all the serrateds I have had, the Vic ones are pretty good and don't bind too much.
 
Just got mine, the serrations, especially up front, are pretty useless on a SAK. But the same excellent saw, and a locking liner on the beer opener! If only the back of the hole was ridged.

I agree with you. The teeth aren't Spyderco-deep, yet it is still an effective "matter separator" (term from S.Glesser). Easy to sharpen too.
