Hi!
I was asked to make some badass fighter with this style of guard. It was quite a challange but also ton of fun!
The blade made of 80CrV2 steel, 6,2 mm thick. Finish of the blade is mix of acid, cold bluing and stonewash.
The handle is made of antiqued construction steel and bog oak. Through tang construction with pommel nut.
Sheath made of stamped leather. 48 cm overall, 32 cm of the blade
