With pointy blades and hollow grinds, my WAS-es always make their way to the kitchen now and then. I figure I shouldn't be the only one...so thought I'd start... :)

The Kestrel makes a fine steak knife :)

I agree with you about the Kestrel. Love that blade. Great geometry and size.

Yeah, feeling a lot better man thanks, at least until I went into a sneezing fit earlier from all the pollen. I think the ribs are going to take a bit to heal....
