Recommendation? Which countries in Europe have more relaxed laws towards buying knives from Asia/Africa?

Hi, found some sellers that seem legit and would like to buy some exotic blades from abroad, which would surely cost me less than travelling there myself and putting them into checked luggage plus all the possible official and unofficial "fees" that pop out of nowhere into certain places while flying out.
I'd like to clarify they're handmade blades with carved wooden handles.
I have never purchased outside of Europe, so before I risk getting things stuck or bounced back, I wanted to check wheter I should get a delivery address into a specific country or wheter they're all equal in terms of receiving knives in the mail coming from exotic countries.

Any experience or insights are welcome.

Where in Europe do you live? I’d check your country’s laws on imports to see what they allow you to bring in.

Croatia is getting more liberal towards knives. Today almost anything is legal. There are custom and tax fees for import. cca 30-ish%.
