Hey Mark. In the second pic 3rd knife over with a dropped edge. Could you make one similar to that with a 5 inch blade, convex grind (preferably). Out of 1095 or 01?

Sorry Mark 3rd pic down. Practicaly in the middle of the pic. Edge drops like a chef's knife.

Mike, that is a chefs knife. I could do a smaller version with a convex grind.

It took the kiln a while to come up to heat with this load! Everything thing is hardened and now I am doing tempering cycles.

Wore out from gluing on handles! And taking a kid to the ER for a couple stitches!
