I decided to post this pic here and leave the "finished product" pic to go into the "show us your Randalls" pages."Washers" are 1/4 inch thick black canvas micarta,sanded both sides to remove "shine" and help glue to stick everything together.New brass pommel,still to be drilled for lanyard hole.Disregard the steel acorn nut,as I have a brass one to go on the final assembly.
