I own the ZT0200 folder, which shares the exact hand design to the 0100. The handles are very comfortable in most grips, with a stabbing/piercing/fighting grip being the most comfortable. ZT is an excellent company, they do very good heat-treating on their steels, and CPM3V is, IMHO, one of the best tool steels around. A lot of people seem to really like Chris Reeves, and S30v IS a good steel. However, I have heard many complaints about his heat treatments, and I generally believe the rockwell hardnesses of his blades are also too low for practical use.
Here are some reviews of his other knives, which you may find helpful.

Also, based on the two knives you're considering, I could REALLY recommend taking a look at the knives made by Busse Combat, Scrap Yard Knife Works, and Swamp Rat Knives. They make very, VERY good knives at relatively good prices. On the latter two companies, you would spend 50-100 dollars less than if you bought either of the knives you mentioned. I would, without hesitation, consider them to be better pieces than either the ZT or the Chris Reeve.
