Zubeng Forge Traditional Gyuto 240mm
Someone asked me to post this knife. Its traditional in nature. It was made for a Japanese man and then did not take the order. So it here and wants a home.
Cutting edge: 240mm
Width from spine to heel: 48mm
Weight: about 208g
Steel: Tamahagane
Handle: octagonal dyed box elder with buffalo horn cap
blade thickness about 2.2mm at the handle
mid point of the blade about 2.0mm
near the tip about 1.65mm
edge 0.0mm hand ground to the the edge.
