110 handle material?

This one arrived today and was wondering about the scale material.
My understanding is this being a 1994 knife, the scales would be the laminated material used from 1993-2019.
This one looks to be solid wood (Indonesian Ebony) as used before the changeover in 1992-3.
Old stock being used up maybe?
Any and all help much appreciated.

That, or maybe a blade change for some reason.

Plus / Minus seems to apply to all things Buck. It is close enough to the change over time period.

Just another odd one in my little collection, like my 2004 double stamp.

I think its a replacement blade.
