110 vs 112 V1V1 Value

I do not have a V1V1 110 so I anxiously wait to hear opinions of what filling that hole may cost.
I think it will cost a lot more than when I bought mine 15 years ago. This is just a guess, but it wouldn't surprise me if the 110, in decent condition, runs $800 to $1000 today.

I agree with Bert. 800-1000 for a user V1V1 110. I'd say the 112 in the same condition would be 10% of that, yeah... $80 to $100 for a decent user.

I've seen a few NIB V1 112s for $150-$200. And prestine examples of V1 110s for 10x that.

Think about it... the 110 had what, a 10 year head start on the 112?
The V1 110 was still in development stages so in the realm of 110s, V1s are a drip in Lake Erie whereas V1 112s are a drip in a 50 gallon drum.

Shootin' from the hip here so don't take the drips literally. Just making some context.

The earliest 112 is just not a popular as early 110's.. I really chase odd 112's and the supply of V-1V-1 112's even NIB is way more than the 110. As a user the 112 has really come into it's own the last 5 years or so but even today few really 'collect' them like the 110. I'm still the only BCCI member who displays them as a single model (that I know of) but I feel that will change as it's becoming more popular every year. The 110 is still by far out selling the 112 but again I feel that will change simply because the 112 is a great knife. This is a V-1V-1 Chuck himself engraved the initials in at a hardware store in California the first weekend the 112 was for sale.20221007_171957.jpg20221007_171928.jpg
