Not that familiar with bladeforums honestly, every time I've tried to do a gold membership customer service never responded to my inquiries. No worries I'll try to delete it
 
You can go here: https://www.bladeforums.com/pember/membership-new and click on the 'Buy Now' button for the membership you want to get and it will redirect you to another page where you can see the benefits of that membership. You have a PayPal link (Buy now with PayPal button) and that's pretty much it.. Hope this helps! Cheers!
