2 Bayonets W Scabbards 4 Sided Blade No Makers Name-Help ID!

Hello~I came across 2 bayonets in metal sheaths and they are identical except for one of the scabbard which has a slightly larger diameter. Each of the blades is 4 sided.
The 1st one's overall length in the metal sheath is 25 3/4"L, the brassy looking handle is 4 3/4"L, the blade is almost 20 1/2"L; the scabbard measures 21"L, there is a stamped mark on the handle that reads "B80288" , and on the blade, closed to the handle there looks to be a "T" and I can't make what the other letter on another side.

The second one's overall length is 25 3/4", brassy looking handle is 4 3/4"L, blade length is almost 21"L, scabbard measures almost 21"L; on the handle there is a stamped marked that reads "81427" and near the bottom of the blade is "VD." There is what I think is some Cosmoline on each blade.
