rpm's for a KMG grinder when used with a good VFD?? And does anyone know if the large wheels ( i.e. the 8" through 14" contact wheels) from a Bader machine will fit a KMG or will Beaumont Metal make an arm that will fit them so I can interchange from machine to machine?? Just buy the flat platen outfit insted??

thanks in advance...

Since it's 2HP, I assume you're running off 220V? Do you have a controller to match?

2HP is plenty as long as the controller matches.

Nomenclature note: VFD = variable frequency drive, for AC motors only. You'll definitely be wanting a variable speed controller that varies the voltage, not the frequency. I'm sure that's what you meant, though...just wanted to add...:footinmou
