3 paring knives [SOLD]

All 3 forged from 1/8" thick 15n20 bar, down to 5/64" (2mm) thickness.
Great for all around use in the kitchen.
They feel great in the hand and they have rounded heel for more comfortable work and grip.
Flats are left raw, soaked in vinegar to remove forging scale and wire brushed.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are made in satin finish with scotch brite.

Overall length - 9"
Blade length -4,5"
Blade width - 1,1" (#3 is 1.5")
Thickness - 5/64"
The weight is around 3,5 oz
They are almost the same dimensions, just a bit different shape. #3 turned out a bit wider for a paring knife but i like it the most.
Walnut scales, black G10 liners and carbon fiber pins.
