Hello everyone, I just put this new 7” vegetable cleaver up on my website. Made from Baker Forge Coppermascus with a 80crv2 core and black richlite handles. This piece is roughly 3/32” at the spine by the handle and has a full height convex grind, 3” tall at the heel and a 4.5” handle. Priced at $760 shipped in the US, here is a link to my website.
