7" Chef and Slicy Choilless BT4

7" Chef is made of .100 thick full convex ground AEB-L heat treated and cryo'd to 61-62rc. Handles are tan canvas micarta.

This particular Choilless BT4 is made of .100 thick A2. Full convex ground and transitions to a zero convex edge. It should be super slicy. Handles are tan canvas.
