AD20 vs AD20.5

I see that only the 20.5 is sold on big online stores. Aren’t these knives both made by Demko?

Is the AD20 more custom?

20.5 is a production model and smaller. its made in Taiwan. 20 is a custom made knife made in Demkos shop in usa.

Lots of variations of the AD20 ... with and without thumb studs, with and without thumb hole, etc. Yesterday, Nationalknives just sold a batch of them, in a couple of minutes. So they do come up ....

I didn't see where you can you buy the AD20 version on Demko's website? Do you have to sign up for availability somewhere and which dealer has the most availability to get one? I am sure they sell out fast like that recent post I commented in.

You have to use one of their retailers, but they sell quickly. Or the Exchange, that's where I got the two above.

op ya can use some dealers to sign up for when a particular model comes in stock. some sites do it some dont. some are better than others at sending out text or emails fast. there is very high demand on Demko customs, so if ya see one grab it...dont wait.....

Echoing what everyone else has said, yes dealer sign ups are a great way to get notified of drops. Also joining the Demko Dynamics Facebook Group will send notifications. Thanks to everyone that got to this before I did.
