I haven't done a kitchen knife in a long time. The blade on this is 8-3/4" and it's 14-1/4" OAL and 1-7/8" tall. The blade is .070" AEB-L I heat treated and cryo'd. Rc is at 60. It has a 400 grit satin finish. The handle is tan G10 with Hunter Green G10 liners. The hardware is stainless Loveless screws. The knife was hand sharpened on Japanese Stones to 5000 grit. $160.
