This small Santoku features a blade of AEB-L stone washed.
Cryo treated. Rockwell 63. Sand G10 scales with natural micarta pins.
Ready for some hard duty in the kitchen!

Blade length is just over 4 inches.
5 inches of handle for multiple grips.
.093(3/32)(2.3mm) thick at spine.
.500 thick in the scales.

That's some nice symmetry between the grind line and the tip profile. One of the pictures looks like it's almost a mirror image, as though there is a hinge in the middle of the blade and the tip could fit just inside the grind line.
