Alan is making another folder, smaller this time for me, with Devin Thomas Spirograph damascus, Titanium bolsters, mammoth ivory scales and back spacer, jeweled liners and a Ti thumbstud that will have an opal set within....how cool is that! Alan sent me some pics of the progress he is making and I grouped a couple together, the top is a close up of just the blade, sweet shape!

Gary, that knife is broken!! Look at all of the pieces! Um, maybe it should be fixed before anyone uses it.... just a suggestion!

Gary, Alan was on Chat last night and I asked him how your knife was coming? He was a little curious as to how I knew about it? So I told him about this thread. He was also kind enough to send me pics of your knife in one piece. He also said his first folder which was yours for a while is now his EDC.

I just have to know, Gary is it your intention to buy every folder that Alan makes?

Looks like a great knife, nice going to the both of you.

Thanks for PhilLing him in PhilL

He didn't even know he was famous?

As to buying all of his folders? not likely, can't afford that many knives!

Alan sent another pic today, with the Titanium anodized a nice purple colour, should have this knife by weeks end I hope...

Viper... the #3 is sorta spoken for but not by any particular person... it will be a door prize at the Southeastern Custon Knife Show in Winston Salem... So if you guys are going to attend you could acctually speak for it if you are the lucky one.... The #3 is SO different than the first linerlock i built! Its strange how you can see evolution in just 3 folders!!!

I just made a trade with "G2" for his Alan Folts "Folder #2". This knife is unbelievable! The selling points for me were the Mammoth Ivory scales coupled with the spirograph damascus blade.

Thanks "G2". I luv this Knife!
