No, it is called Pioneer X (looking at the scissors as in the picture, it is clear why they came up with that name).

Robert Elsener has said that at the moment, there are no plans to release a Farmer with scissors but that can of course change in the future.
 
FYI, you can currently get these on a certain and well known auction website right now.
