Alternate method to renew Gold Membership

I need an alternate method to renew my membership that doesn't go through Pay pal in any way.
When I hit buy then pay by PP it goes to a screen saying I need to update my browser. With dial up this is not going to happen. So what is the solution

Do you have access to faster internet away from your computer? You might be able to download updates to a thumb drive and load them on your PC later. Some thought for future issues like this.
