This brings up a good point. There aren't really any good knife exhibitions in Wisconsin with any regularity. We had one last year in Edgerton. Most of my friends told me that this appeared to be just distributors, no actual knife makers or company reps.
I do know that when there are knife displays in the Madison area at the Alliant Center, they are usually connected with a gun show; hence, it's "six crappy tables in the back." I wind up looking for nuts, bolts and lock-washers in the gun section. Like, I need another 1911.
Has anyone approached you about a Madison or Milwaukee show, geared primarily to knife companies?
