I just got a set of Wusthof knives for the kitchen.
Interesting thing is, they seem to recommend 20/22 degree angle, but the knives seem to be actually sharpened at 15 degrees. (either that, or I got the angles on my DMT Aligner wrong... which I didn't think I did)
