Any body get warranty work recently?

Just seeing if any of you have sent any knives for warranty work and what the current turn around is during the Covid era...

I sent a couple in June, turn around was rapid....

Sent mine in and I believe it was 4 weeks.

When the shop finally reopened, the turnaround was about 4 weeks. I sent in an Inkosi and an Umnumzaan. I imagine that there was a great deal of pent-up demand during their downtime, and the wait may be significantly longer now.

Just checked email. Three knives received on 6/18 and completed on 6/30.

I’ve sent in two recently and they were
both dead on two week turnaround from date shipped to date received.

I sent in a pair of OPK for reblasting and had them back in a couple of weeks

I just received my Inkosi back yesterday two weeks including shipping. That’s the best service I have had from any knife manufacturer.
