Any makers in Oregon willing to sharpen

Hello I am Looking for a maker in the Oregon area who is willing to sharpen a knife I made for a client, I would prefer to do it myself but the cost of shipping and duties are over $150 to get it to Canada and back. It is a custom thin flexible fettling knife made with S110V clad and bog oak. Any Leeds or suggestion would be great, thank you.
