Anyone do work with Suede?

I will most likely have a new large 5-6.5" fixed blade coming my way pretty soon and was wondering if anyone has seen any suede sheaths. I realize that it is a soft material so it would probably have to be lined with something a bit more durable, but man would it make an awesome sheath. Just fantasizing and seeing if any of the hobbyists or professionals have made anything along those lines.

I made a 8 oz.liner and then adhered some Tandy scrap that was suede-like. It worked okay but my 5 year old spilled some juice on it. Figured it wasn't worth fixing / cleaning
