Uncle Bill,
If you read this and are looking for ways to get work for the Kamis then I have a question and some comments that might help. The Kamis are blacksmiths that make knives to hinges for the village, but are there people who specilize in carving ? If the Kamis make the blades then maybe the carvers can made some unique handles or sheaths for the blades. This might promote a broader market interest, which you can poll the members on for what is viable to have manufactured. The Nepal culture has a vast symbolism I think other would like to see on the blades, handles and other items. You might even ask the Kamis to develop a set of blades and or swords as a set. Well I just though I might provide some ideas to get things rolling. Hope you can use some of my comments. Best wishes and have a nice day.
