Art in Metal Show Dagger

I completed this integral dagger for the recent Art in Metal Show in New Jersey.
It is 19" long, completely hand filed and finished from a 3//4" bar of 440C.
The inlays of Nickel damascus by Brian Lyttle, black lip mother of pearl and 18K gold are hand carved by hand as well.

I was thinking to myself as I was reading the post, "dang this guy is every bit as good as Wolfgang Loerchner... He even does it with hand files like Loerchner. Then I saw the caption at the bottom of the picture... Welp! That explains that!
