Axis Lock - UK Customs Problems?

I am looking at buying a benchmade axis lock knife from the US (I have store credit on a US site), but am worried that the UK customs will seize it claiming it to be a gravity knife or flick knife.

Has anyone any experience bringing a Axis lock benchmade through UK customs?

I could maybe tell the shop selling it to tighten the pivot screws so it doesn't flick with wrist motion?

Bought from US three times from knifeworks and DLT trading for 550-1, 940-1501 and 484-1 without any problem, if you want to reduce the risk of custom, you better to ship it with DHL, fedex or UPS because they will have faster custom process or even skip the import checking. hope this help.

No, the new law coming in doesn't stop internet sales, what it does is you have to pick the knife up from a post office or shop to be age verified.
