Bad Time with Dragon's Hallow

Anybody out there dealt with this outfit?
I attempted to get a Deepeka Kindjal from them for my girlfreind's sister for her birthday. It's been 6 weeks now. I've been told twice it had mailed out. I was told a week ago I' would be receiving a credit back for the amount. Nada. This guy is either inept, or a crook.
