This is my newest balisong and the smallest that I have made to date. The blade is 1095 that has been differentially heat treated to give a hamon or temperline. The handles are twist damascus with desert ironwood inserts. The spacers and pivot screws have been fileworked. The spacer screws have been textured. The latch is mosaic damascus and locks the knife in both the open and closed positions. Flips very nicely for it's size.

Knife Info
Full Length 6-3/4 inches
Blade Length 3 inches
Blade Material 1095 steel
Handle Material Desert ironwood
Bolsters/Guard Twist Damascus
Completion Date 8/14/2006
Knife Price $850
Thaks for looking,
Chuck

That's absolutely amazing. If not for my stupid car breaking down, I probably could have swung this.

Somebody better pick this up before I sell my kidney.

Great job:thumbup:

no kiddin...!

What a nice piece. Best bali I've seen in a long time.

oh so tempting...:(

Just noticed this--I sure am glad that that knife sold, as the temptation would be too much.

That is the second-nicest balisong that you have made, and it really gives the nicest a run for it's money.:D
