basic 5 testimonial

I must give a testimonial as to the quality of the new basic 5 I received from Mr. busse some time back. After an interesting trade with Mr busse I must admit I was somewhat wary as to the handling and thickness of a knife I had only read about,Man was I surprised.The interesting edge configuration was phenomenal.I was surprised as to the ease with which I peeled "taters",chopped saplings and fileted fish.I have carried everything from Randalls to your standard production knife and literally own one of every production knife made(almost).Especially unique is how this thick blade shaves hair in my experience most will not.This knife in conjunction with my Noeldechen sheath has impressed me which is hard to do when it comes to knives.My next custom will definately be a busse.
