BBB Axe

I just picked up Binghams Best Brand head online. No pics yet, it’s the oval stamp, with BBB and hand made in the oval. Anyone know who made these? What’s the quality like?

It looks like Binghams was in Business from the 1800s to around 1960. I would like to narrow down the age based on stamp but haven’t had much luck yet. Thanks for any info!
