Nice ones! Need just a little work to fix some minor issues. Great deals!

Oh Man i just missed your email. I EMS's for the sword but didnt notice you had beat me to it. Great deal man!! Good luck! Thats a nice working length. I was planning to beat the heck out of it and make it a worker anyway:D Ill wait for a full length Katana so I wont have to beat up my Kothimoda.

Pala sure did a beautiful job on that walnut handle on the Foxy Folly. I don't know how he does it.
I tried once to make that traditional handle it didn't turn out well at all for me.

Man's got talent.

This would have been my pick of the litter. Stunning. Congrats:)

Looks like it was everyone's pick for today. I'm counting 3 EMS's on it lol.

Personally, I liked the butterfly sword but would rather have a full length one. I figured if I was going to order a 16" blade the Tamang would be more practical. Also means I guess I will have to wait on my M43.

That was my feeling on the Butterfly sword too but I keep going back and it's looking more and more appealing each time.

Don't recall seeing a short one like that before so we can probably hand the "Rare" moniker on it as well.

Hmmmm.

I am also on the hunt for a full length Katana, but I am hoping that this will scratch the itch until I see one :-) good luck on the quest!

Done deal on the Tamang knife by Kumar! I was in the market for a heavier chopper than my Dui Chirra but somehow went in the opposite direction with this knife. Oh well, looking forward to having more of a utility knife and a blade made by Kumar. From what I've read this should work well for clearing light brush which is honestly most of what I do.

Very true! I'm not nearly as into collecting these as some of you guys (got enough other collections already) or else I'd be tempted based solely on that. I would like a full length HI sword one of these days but as much as I like the butterfly sword I think my favorite is the Tibetan sword.

Recieved my Kumar Tamang knife today thanks to Yangdu's incredibly fast shipping and I'm very impressed. Took it out into the yard to do some tree trimming and it sliced through limbs like butter. Very nice weight and balance as well. Seems like a knife you could use all day long and not get tired.

Going to do a little heavier chopping tomorrow and see how it does. After that I need to repair the crack and I'm thinking about staining the handle a darker color.
