Recommendation? Becker Bk2 is it fake

I ordered a becker BK2 on Amzon. Shipped and sold by them and the knife is missing USA after OLEAN, NY. ? Is this a fake knife. I can’t find any information on this online. Also cant find a single picture with the USA markings missing.

Help ! lol

Probably missed that line in engraving…
It came in a Kabar box with the paperwork too, correct?

I have a Camilus BK-9 that is “sterile!” Not a single mark on it anywhere to tell you what it is!

Yes everything came in the box with paperwork. Just like other becker knives ordered previously.

I’m not an expert, but it looks legit to me. I wonder why they would change the engraving? It doesn’t look like an omission, “Olean, NY” looks centered like you said. The Ka-bar web picture of the 2 includes USA. Fonts etc. look the same otherwise.
 
Yeah right Not sure how to go about it. I sent Kabar customer service an email, i will keep you posted on the reply !
 
FWIW, I just received a BK16 from Blade HQ this week. The mark looks the same as yours, centered with no USA. The picture of the BK16 on the KA-BAR website shows it with USA. I have no reason to suspect mine is fake. Time is money. If they can drop a couple seconds off the laser engraving time, they can save about 30 minutes on a run of 1,000! I have another hypothesis about this but it could be viewed as political, so I'll save it.
