Belsaw grinder - worth picking up?

There is a local Belsaw grinder with a 1/4 hp motor up for sale. It kind of looks like:

Would this be a step-up from my Craftsman for grinding? How about if I switched out the motor?
What do you think it a good offer would be?

I acutally had one of those for a while,odd size belts and hard to find.It would actually be a step down from your craftsman 2X42.
