Benchmade 375 Adamas Legal in Texas?

Did some searches and scanned a couple dozen threads. There may be no definite answer until a "test case", but wanted to ask the experts here.

Sooo, TX law familiar folks, is the 375 "double edged" enough to be illegal? Like the knife and would like to get one. Can't find specific discussion on the issue relative to TX law. Thank you!
 
Any double edge is illegal. A cop friend of mine said you can always buy it and dull the secondary edge. It just can't ne sharp at all.
