Benchmade 921 and Lord of the Rings

I just showed my wife's Benchmade 921 to a friend. He looked at the handle and said that it was very "elfish." So I looked at it myself and have to say I agree.

"Elvish" is the language the elves speak. That Benchmade could be called "elfish" or even "elfin". But who needs elvislives when we've got a saint to remind us of the One True King? :D
 
I got it..... How about saying the Benchmade 921 looks like a knife an elf would carry...or a BM 921 has elf-like properties?

Is "elf" the correct term for those people? Am I offending elves around the world by calling them elves?

Sorry...just went through some "political correctness" "training" at work.

It was super fun.
