Best Katana for the money

Can someone recommend the best katana for the money? I am looking for something that would stand up well to use, look nice, and preferably not cost me more than 150-200$.

Anyone recommend brands/models/vendors?

Paddling-man provided a very helpful thread. Cheness and Kris cutlery are pretty damn good for the $$$ and even Hanwei/Paul Chen practical Plus katana is good for the $$$$. Of course the real questions is stand up to what? If I had to choose it would come down to the Cheness and Kris cutlery. Both offer selctions that are pretty decently balanced and well made for the price. Of course, the more training you have the more likely your selction will stand up towards its intended use.
